Nicola v. Astrue, No. 06-2677 (8th Cir. March 28, 2007)
A denial of claimant's application for disability insurance benefits under the Social Security Act is reversed and remanded where an ALJ erred in failing to find that claimant's diagnosis of borderline intellectual functioning was a severe impairment.
